Terms and Conditions:
1. Reservations: - Reservations can only be made online through our official website. - Prepayment is required to confirm a reservation.
2. Payment: - All payments must be made in advance. - We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
3. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made 90 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made within 89 to 16 days of the check-in date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee or can receive credit for another reservation within the next 365 days. Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee
4. Check-in and Checkout: - Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. - Checkout time is before 11:00 AM.
5. Maximum Occupancy: - Each villa has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Apartments in the Floating House, see details per room.
6. Small Pets: - We allow one small dog per villa at Bolonia Beach Campus. Pets are not allowed in the Floating House.
7. Damage Policy: - Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
8. Changes to Reservations: - Any changes to reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
9. Non-transferable: - Reservations are not transferable to other individuals or dates without prior approval.
10. Compliance: - Guests are expected to comply with all house rules and local regulations during their stay.
